The Writing Center offers computers and printing, a Recording Station, and collaborative workspaces to support your academic work. Review the options below, then complete the sign-in form when you arrive to use one of these services.

If your visit is connected to a particular course or assignment, please provide the course and assignment information requested in the form. If it is not connected to a course, you may leave those fields blank.

This form is for workspace and technology use only. To receive feedback on your writing, please schedule a Writing Center consultation.

Use one of our computer stations to work on assignments, access online course materials, conduct research, or complete other academic work. Writing Center staff can also help you locate available resources or answer basic questions while you work.

Print documents and other materials for your courses or academic work. Printing is currently available at the Edinburg Writing Center only; printing services at the Brownsville location are temporarily unavailable.

Use our Recording Station to record high-quality audio for podcasts, presentations, interviews, and other multimedia projects. You can also use the station to edit audio and video recordings. During periods of high demand, use may be limited to one hour.

Use our collaborative station to work with classmates on group assignments, presentations, and other shared projects. This space is designed to help groups work together, discuss ideas, and review materials.
