Campus Sustainability Day
Come celebrate Campus Sustainability Day on the Edinburg campus on October 25 and the Brownsville campus on October 26 with the Office for Sustainability. During each celebration in the afternoon starting at 12:00 P.M, we will be hosting a Sustainability Loteria for you to win free prizes while learning about the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals and also sign our Sustainability Pledge. In the evening at 5:30 P.M, we will be joined by Mr. Ramon Cruz, the Sierra Club President, to learn more about climate justice and community resilience at the Salon Cassia on the Brownsville campus and at the Ballroom on the Edinburg Campus. Afterwards, at 7:00 P.M, the movie 2040 will be screened. Check out below some pictures taken at last year's Campus Sustainability Day event. We are excited to see you there.
