- Tuesday 21st – Notification of Abstract Approval & Presentation Guidelines
FEBRUARY 2025
- Wednesday 5th – Final Presentation Instructions w/Rubric
- Friday 7th –“At a Glance Agenda” Released
- Friday 7th – Final Orals and Posters DUE! All posters submitted by this deadline will be forwarded for printing by SOM Aaronson Library
- Thursday 13th – Early Registration Ends at midnight.
- Friday 14th-15th – ICCHD/Symposium 2025 at Mission Event Center.
- Late & Onsite Registration Begins;
