Robert C. Vackar
Robert C. Vackar, a Principal at Bert Ogden Auto Group, has dedicated his life to advancing educational opportunities within the Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Vackar's visionary leadership and substantial contributions to The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) have left an indelible mark on the university and the region.

The Robert C. Vackar College of Business and Entrepreneurship and Vackar Stadium (home of UTRGV Football) are named in honor of the transformative financial gifts he and his wife, Janet Vackar, have made over the years, totaling more than $35 million.
