The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Police Department is committed to providing the very best possible service to our citizens. We set high standard of professional conduct, with fairness and courtesy. In the event you feel that we may have failed to meet that standard or that we may have exceeded your expectations, you may file a formal citizen compliment/ complaint, either in person, by mail and or online.
To file a compliment/ complaint on-line complete the form below and click on the "Submit" button. Your compliment/ complaint will then be directly delivered to our department. Please note that you can also use the online reporting system to commend an officer/ employee for exemplary conduct of performance.
