Employee Time Card - Non-Exempt

Transcript of PeopleSoft Training Video: Employee Time Card - Non-Exempt

  1. Login to https://my.utrgv.edu
  2. Select the PeopleSoft Icon under Applications.
  3. Navigate to the Employee Self Service Menu.
  4. Click the NavBar button to easily access functions
  5. Select Navigator icon
  6. Select Report Time then select Timesheet
  7. Time Reporting codes can be found under Time Reporting Codes
  8. Below the Time Reporting Codes list, you can view the time reporting codes that might need approval.
  9. To add an event on the timecard (Vacation, Sick, Voting Leave, etc.), click on Absence.
  10. Select Start/End Date
  11. Select type of absence event, once you've made your selection press Submit
  12. You can see the absence event on your timecard, however it still needs to be approved by your supervisor.
  13. Once finished select Review Time Card.
  14. As per policy ADM 04-408, time records are official certifications of time worked and leave charged and as such should be completed carefully and accurately. Check off the box to acknowledge that you agree to the terms. 
  15. Once you are ready, click submit.
