Program Timeline

UTRGV Integrated PeopleSoft Timeline (Campus solutions and HCM/FMS Integrated Roadmap High level overview), with the duration of the project from 2016 to 2019. From 2016-2017 was the Assess and prioritize phase, next came the Analyze and Design phase, next from 2017-2018 was the build and Test phase, next was the Train and Implement phase, next from 2018-2019 was the Optimize phase, finally ending in Phase 2. The duration of Transition Management and the Project Management ranged from the beginning of the project up to July 2019.
