When can I sign up?
Registration for Summer and Fall 2023 Orientation will open in mid-February.
The dates you see on the reservation system are the ones available/open dates to you. If a specific date is not visible to you, it can be due to any of the following reasons:
- The date is already full
- The date is for a designated group
- The date is for a different term than your intended start term
How to reserve your Orientation Session
- Eligible students receive an email from New Student Orientation to their UTRGV email account, with instructions once sign-up becomes available to them.
- or, by clicking on the "Click here to register" button below.
Provide documentation for Bacterial Meningitis
All new students under the age of 22 are required to submit evidence of receiving the bacterial meningitis vaccination (administered within the past five years) before they can enroll. Students will not be allowed to register without providing proof of meningitis vaccination or exemption. Please bring documentation to your scheduled orientation session for review.
UTRGV will have a limited number of vaccines available at each orientation session. The cost of the vaccine will be added to your student bill.
