Dual Credit Orientation

Summer 2020 is just around the corner! Now that you have been admitted to the Dual Credit Program, it is time to attend a New Dual Credit Student Information and Registration session. In order to participate, you must have been admitted, cleared for proof of immunization, and TSI tested or cleared.

Sessions will be held ONLINE through a free program called Zoom. Zoom allows participants to share documents, show Power Point presentations, and communicate in real-time using webcams and/or built-in microphones.  

To schedule your session, please note the following steps:

  1. Email ce@utrgv.edu and provide your name, high school name, date of birth, and UTRGV Student ID number (if known), and up to three meeting time options that work for your schedule between 9:00am and 4:00pm (the last appointment for the day will be given at 4:00pm). 
  1. Within 24 hours after sending that message, you will receive a confirmation email from a staff member with instructions for accessing your Zoom meeting. Depending upon availability, please note that staff may schedule multiple students into the same Zoom session. 

The Zoom session will provide all the information you need to know in order to have a great college experience! Please note that you must attend a Zoom advisement session prior to being able to register for courses. Our staff look forward to helping you through the registration process!
