Enrollment
To be enrolled at the High School Equivalency Program, a client must meet at least the following criteria:
- Be at least 17 years old (or 16 with a court order) There is no maximum age.
- Lack a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Have performed some type of agricultural work for a minimum of 75 days in the 24 months prior to enrolling (applicants can also qualify if a parent or guardian performed the work)
- Must be at least an 8th grade level of comprehension in reading, grammar, and math.
- Applicant must take GED Ready Reasoning trough Language Arts and Math sections to verify academic level of comprehension.
