Team Mario Fun Friday Summer Camp
The Team Mario Fun Friday Summer Camp is designed to help young students with Autism develop the social skills needed to participate in everyday life. Team Mario focuses on main different factors in the development of these social skills. They are hoping to educate these campers with the valuable skills. They want to make sure that each and every camper takes these social skills into the classroom and in their home life.
Team Mario has taken the time to develop teaching programs for their camps in all campers setting social goals, so they can work in groups. This also teaches the campers on what these social skills look like; so they can get to understand how to behave. Team Mario has also modeled some of their teaching in demonstrates the need for these social behaviors. They prompt their campers to display these natural behaviors when around other campers or family members. They teach the campers to reinforce the teaching to ensure that the campers understood all the teachings. They also encourage the camper and their parents to practice these social skills they have learned.
