The ESA Enrollment Data team strives to aid UTRGV Strategic Enrollment in data-driven decision making by providing data in both Power BI Dashboards and Excel reports.
Power BI Enrollment Reports
The ESA Enrollment Data Team has been utilizing automated processes for unofficial enrollment reports, reducing errors and allowing for enrollment data to be displayed in visually appealing and user friendly Power BI Dashboards. Enrollment Power BI reports contains unofficial data. For official Enrollment Data, please contact Office of Strategic Analysis and Institutional Reporting (SAIR):sair@utrgv.edu Power BI Enrollment Reports are only available to UTRGV Faculty and Staff and can only be accessed by using UTRGV credentials to sign in.

Other Important Reports
The ESA Enrollment Data Team also provides Course Schedule Reports in Excel format. Reports are available to UTRGV faculty and staff and are located under the Institutional Reports tab of the myUTRGV portal. You must sign in with UTRGV credentials to view reports.Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get access to Enrollment Reports with Student Details
To get access to Enrollment Reports containing student details, please submit a ticket to the Enrollment Data Portal.
When submitting a ticket, please be sure to include a reason (must be educational interest) in the ticket.
