Enrollment Power BI Reports FAQs

The source data of the Power BI reports is being pulled from the Banner Admin System.
Currently all UTRGV Faculty and Staff have access to view Power BI Enrollment Reports.

You can submit a request for a new data visual for the Power BI Enrollment Reports via the Enrollment Data Portal.

The ESA data team will need to get approval from Dr. Maggie Hinojosa as she is the owner of these reports. 

Managed Reporting FAQs

You must submit an access Request Ticket for Managed Reporting.

You can submit a request through the Enrollment Data Portal. 

If you are requesting a report pulling student data, be sure to check the EULA box and include a reason that states the educational interest you have for requesting this data. Please be sure to be as specific as possible concerning your request and list all columns you want included in the Report.
