UTRGV art, computer science students level up, thanks to collaborative class
The pizza, chips and video games didn't look like your typical mid-term. But for art and computer science students in the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley game development course, that’s exactly what it was.
“They tend to enjoy the exams, for sure,” said Dr. Emmett Tomai, a UTRGV associate professor of computer sciences.

UTRGV computer science, art students share their prototypes at Game Showcase
UTRGV students turned out to test and vote for the best of nine video game prototypes, during the UTRGV Game Showcase, held May 11 at the Edinburg Campus Computer Systems Lab. The prototypes were created by computer science and art students in a Game Design course offered at the university.
