CREST WORKSHOP SERIES:
INSTITUTIONAL REVIEW BOARD (IRB)
The CoHP Research Enhancement and Support Team (CREST), as part of its Workshop Series, would like to invite you to a workshop that aims to demystify the IRB application process and to provide hands-on assistance and guidance on planned or ongoing submissions.
What? A three-hour workshop with the following agenda
- Orientation to IRB submission platforms
- Guidance on completing the key components of an IRB application
(recruitment, participant compensation, informed consent, special
considerations for the online environment, etc.) - Hands-on prep of an IRB application
Who can participate? Health Professions faculty
When? Tuesday, July 8, 12 pm – 3 pm
Where? In-person (Edinburg) and Virtual (Zoom)
