Grant Development Program


Securing funding for an organization can be extremely competitive. That's why it is essential for grant writers to skillfully navigate the detailed grants process to produce cohesive and compelling proposals that will maximize their pitch.

This course will give the participants the resources and guidance on how to write compelling proposals.


Details:



• Obtain the skills and technical competencies needed to develop a competitive grant proposal
• Acquire hands-on experience by developing a grant proposal alongside an experienced grant writer
• Identify grants and funding sources most applicable to your organization and explore local, regional, and/or state funding sources

Course Bonus: Have your completed grant proposal reviewed by the instructor for up to 30 days post-workshop (included in course fee)

This course is designed for public administrators, nonprofit managers, executive directors, program directors, and anyone seeking to develop grant development skills and secure funds for their organizations.


Note: PEWD program participants should be 18 years or older.

No prerequisites required.

Mr. Arnoldo Mata


Arnoldo Mata is an organizational strategist with more than 30 years of experience in non-profit/municipal management, technical assistance, grant writing/management, and leadership training. Before forming LRG, he worked with national and local non-profit organizations, school districts, universities, housing authorities, small municipalities, and private businesses in grant development. He has secured more than $25 million in grant funding for his clients.

Submit a required written request via email three business days before the program start date. Weekends are not considered. Partial refunds are not allowed.
