The V OneCard Office is open on the Brownsville and Edinburg campuses. Please check regularly for updates to hours of operation at the bottom of our homepage. We are also still available to serve you remotely with a process to request your V OneCard through our Online V OneCard Request Process.
Contact us by email at cardservices@utrgv.eduif you require assistance or have any questions.
You can submit your request for a replacement ID card online through ourOnline V OneCard Request Process. When submitting your request, you will need to provide a current postal mailing address and the card will be mailed to you via USPS.
As a member of the UTRGV community, you must have your UTRGV ID card with you at all times while on university property. Considering recent shelter-in-place orders by county and city officials, you should also carry your UTRGV ID as evidence of your essential status with the university. See University Marketing and Communications email dated March 26, for more details on this topic.
As a UTRGV student, your student ID card proves your essential status with the university. Student Employees can be issued an employee badge at the request of the department supervisor, if required. The supervisor will need to submit the Student Employee Badge Request form. The form requires billing information that must be entered, however, fees will be temporarily waived for V OneCards issued to essential employees.
When an ID card has been lost or stolen, the cardholder must place the card on a lost status as soon as possible. Placing a card on lost status protects the cardholder by de-activating the card privileges. Once the card is placed on lost status, it cannot be used until it is re-activated or replaced by a newly printed card. To report your card as lost/stolen, login to the GET Portal and select "I Lost My Card" under Quick Links. You can also email us at cardservices@utrgv.edu or call us at (956) 665-7276.
Cardholders can obtain a replacement ID Card from Campus Card Services through our Online V OneCard Request Process. Having a new card printed permanently de-activates the previously issued card.
Our offices will remain closed for in person visits until August 1st, 2020. To return your employee badge, you can campus mail it to ESTUN 2.310 or return it via postal mail to:
