Looking for dining options? Below you will find the latest information about Fall/Spring Meal Plans and Dining Dollars. If you are an on campus resident student, the office of Residence Life can assist you with determining a meal plan that makes sense for you. If you are a commuter student, Chartwells, our campus food service provider, can assist you. For the most convenient and contactless on-campus dinging experience, get GrubHub. Grubhub is the nation's leading online and mobile food-ordering and delivery marketplace.Ordering through Grubhub lets you order ahead from your favorite on-campus restaurants, get real-time updates, pick up your orders on the way to class, and pay with credit/debit card or your campus V OneCard.To add your campus, select My Grubhub > Settings (gear icon) > Campus dining. Do you have VBucks or Dining Dollars? Add your V OneCard as a payment option by following these easy steps.
All students residing in the residence halls have their choice to select one of the available meal plans for each semester to be used for on campus dining at the Edinburg Vaquero Dining Hall. Meal swipes are only valid for the semester in which they are purchased and do not carry forward to the next semester. Each plan includes a declining amount of Dining Dollars that can be used at any food venue on the Brownsville and Edinburg campuses.
Residents on special diets and schedules need to make arrangements for meal accommodations with the food service Director Luis Guzman at Luis.guzman@compass-usa.com.

No Meal Plan? Don't stress!
Whether you’re running low on your meal plan, or you didn’t have a meal plan to start with, Dining Dollars are a convenient way to make your dining purchases. Dining Dollars are cash values included in all meal plans, but can also be purchased separately to supplament your needs. They work like a pre-paid debit card with funds kept on your student ID card. Dining Dollars may be used at any on-campus dining location.
Voluntary Dining Dollars will roll over from Fall to Spring within the same fiscal year purchased.
