Texas Education Agency Regional Map
There are 20 Education Service Centers (ESCs) in Texas. The ESC Regions required to participate in the Texas Risk Assessment for Type 2 Diabetes in Children (TRAT2DC) program are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 13, 15, 18, 19, and 20.
If you are in one of the ESC Regions not identified, you are outside of the Texas Legislative mandated areas. Please contact our office for further assistance or if you have any questions regarding our program.
