Mission

The department of Treasury, Student, and Financial Systems provides an extensive range of services and information to the campus community.  Under the leadership of Geoffrey Scarpelli, Senior Associate Vice President for Finance, the department works in concert with the Executive Vice President for Finance and Business Affairs & CFO to support UTRGV’s mission through strong stewardship of the institution’s financial resources, enforcement of effective polices, laws, and internal controls, and building upon a reputation of trust and responsiveness.
