- CARA’s proven local team of experts in space exploration.
- CARA's network of world renowned scientists/engineers with expertise in space exploration, space missions, RF technologies, signal processing, and "Big Data."
- Professional PhD level student associates in Physics, Astrophysics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business,
- 15,000 sq-ft facility (under construction, expected completion in Fall 2017) co-located with SpaceX at Boca Chica Beach will provide:
- Office and laboratory space

- Electronics lab for prototyping and developing RF instruments (see Equipment List)
