SOM Online/Virtual Counseling Services
How it Works
A HIPAA compliant secure video conferencing platform will be used to make the hard work of psychotherapy convenient & confidential. Once an appointment is scheduled, information for the platform will be emailed to the student.
To Schedule an Appointment, please call (956) 665-3302 or
email Vianey.Gonzalez03@utrgv.edu
Safe, Secure & Easy
Telehealth uses an easy-to-use videoconferencing platform that meets all HIPAA and federal security guidelines. Students need access to a private space, a device with a web camera, mic and speakers, and a reliable Internet connection.
