brass ensemble

The UTRGV Brass Ensemble is open to any student that plays trumpet, French horn, trombone, euphonium and tuba. The ensemble performs a variety of pieces from large original compositions for brass to transcriptions of some of the finest repertoire in all of classical music.

All students in the group perform in multiple ensemble settings from a full British brass band to small chamber groups and perform 1-2 concerts every semester and at special events on and off campus.
