Bio


I am an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in the Department of Computer Science in the College of Engineering and Computer Science, The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). Before joining UTRGV, in 2024 I graduated with a PhD in Computing and Information Sciences (supervised by Dr. Leon Reznik) from the Department of Computer Science and Department of Cybersecurity, Rochester Institute of Technology. Before that, in 2019 I received a Master's degree in Information Security (with honors), and in 2017 a Bachelor's degree in Information Security from the Faculty of Secure Information Technologies, ITMO University.

At present, I am working on improving robustness of Machine Learning practical applications, Data Quality and security assurance, improving security and robustness of Federated Learning.
