Bio
I am currently an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley, which was previously the University of Texas-Pan American.
I study algorithmic self-assembly as a member of the Algorithmic Self-Assembly Research Group at UTRGV. We explore models of self-assembly such as those inspired by DNA. Other research interests are machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, natural language processing, and information retrieval.
My co-authors are Cameron Chalk, Erik Demaine, Martin Demaine, Bin Fu, Alejandro Huerta, Mario Maldonado, Robert Schweller, Lucian Silcox, Emmett Tomai, Luis Vega, Andrew Winslow, and Tim Wylie.
