American Criminal Justice Association
ACJA is a nationally recognized organization that resides on both Brownsville (Iota Kappa Chi) and Edinburg campus (Sigma Kappa Chi). Our organization offers physical training, firearms practice, and offers networking with peers and professors outside of the classroom setting that further prepare you for your future career choice. Our national members are able to attend regional and national conferences to compete in physical agility, CSI procedures, firearm practice, and academic strengths. These conferences allow our organization to compete with fellow chapters in our region. Requirements
- Criminal Justice major/minor or anything related to the CJ field
- Minimum of 2.5 GPA
- Chapter Fee: $10/ per semester
- National Fee: $40/ per year
- Renewal of National Fee: $35
