Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security
The program educational objectives of the BS in Cyber Security program are
- Our graduates will hold professional positions or pursue advanced studies in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Our graduates will apply their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of the context of business and law to meet organizational needs and protect computing resources.
- Our graduates will demonstrate ethical professional behavior; in part by remaining current in the field and engaging with the professional community.
- Our graduates will successfully function in teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology
The program educational objectives of the BS in Engineering Technology program are
- Graduates will demonstrate the ability to apply mathematics, science, engineering, and technical knowledge to Engineering Technology problems.
- Graduates will have the ability to design systems, components, or processes for broadly-defined engineering technology problems.
- Graduates will demonstrate their knowledge using oral, written, and graphical communications and have a desire for lifelong learning, keeping current within the discipline and be responsible citizens able to contribute as active members of society.
- Graduates will have the abilities and skills to work in a variety of different industries and businesses including manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and government.
- Graduates will demonstrate a commitment to quality, ethics, service and continuous improvement in personal and professional situations.

Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security
The BS in Cyber Security program supports its educational objectives through the following student learning outcomes:
- Analyze Complex Problems: Students will analyze complex computing problems and apply principles of computing and other relevant disciplines to identify solutions.
- Design, Implement, and Evaluate: Students will design, implement, and evaluate a computing-based solution to meet a given set of computing requirements in the context of the program’s discipline.
- Communicate Effectively: Students will learn to communicate effectively in a variety of professional contexts.
- Recognize Professional Responsibilities: Students will learn to recognize professional responsibilities and make informed judgments in computing practice based on legal and ethical principles.
- Function Effectively in a Team Setting: Students will learn tofunction effectively as a member or leader of a team engaged in activities appropriate to the program’s discipline.

The BS in Engineering Technology program supports its educational objectives through the following student learning outcomes:

- an ability to select and apply a knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering, and technology to engineering technology problems that require the application of principles and applied procedures or methodologies;
- an ability to conduct standard tests and measurements; to conduct, analyze, and interpret experiments; and to apply experimental results to improve processes;
- an ability to design systems, components, or processes for broadly-defined engineering technology problems appropriate to program educational objectives;
