Provost Message on Behalf of Honors College  - April 24, 2026

Presented by the Texas Holocaust, Genocide, and Antisemitism Advisory Commission, the Hate Ends Now Mobile Holocaust Exhibit is an immersive Holocaust exhibit inside a replica World War II cattle car, designed to raise awareness and combat antisemitism and all forms of hate.

Provost Announcement  - January 12, 2026

Dear UTRGV Community,  I write today to announce that I will be stepping down as Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs at the conclusion of the summer semester.  After months of careful consideration, I have determined that my family’s needs require more time and presence than I can responsibly give in this post.
