Collegiate High Schools

UTRGV Harlingen Collegiate High School offers a unique opportunity for students to earn college credits while completing their high school education. Located in a cutting-edge facility, the school combines a rigorous academic program with personalized support, preparing students for both college and career success in a challenging and supportive environment.

The school also emphasizes community service and character development, with students participating in 200 hours of service. This focus on personal growth and civic responsibility complements the academic experience, ensuring students are well-rounded and ready to make a positive impact in their communities.

The UTRGV Edinburg CISD Collegiate High School is a collaborative program between UTRGV and the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District, offering high school students the chance to earn college credits while completing their high school education. This innovative program provides a rigorous curriculum and access to university resources, preparing students for academic and professional success.

Beyond academics, the program emphasizes community involvement and character development. Students engage in community service projects, fostering leadership and social responsibility. The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report includes information on safety and security policies, including crime and fire statistics for the previous three years.

The report is available on the University Police website at:  https://utrgv.link/csr2024.  A hard copy of the report is available at the University Police Departments located on 501 N. Sugar Rd.
