Game Room
The Student Union Game Rooms offer a range of entertainment from pool tables, to the latest video games, not to mention monthly gaming tournaments. It's a great place to unwind after a busy day or hold a group event. The Game Room is open to any UTRGV student with a valid Vaquero One ID card.
Student Orgs don’t forget to reserve the Game Room for your organization parties or to celebrate another successful semester or any occasion.
Student Organizations are limited to reserve the Game Room once per semester for no charge. Governing Bodies (e.g. SGA, CAB, CEA, Greek Council, and RHA) are limited to reserve the game room once during the academic year for no charge. Please contact the Student Union Main Office for more information.

Rules
All UTRGV student and other guests are required to adhere to the following policies and procedures when participating in activities in the game room.
To play and participate in Student Union events, you must be a currently enrolled UTRGV student and present your V OneCard ID. Your V OneCard ID will be kept while the equipment is in use.
Game Room staff must be notified if you have transferred ownership of equipment to another player. You are responsible for all equipment checked out to you.
Game Room Etiquette
- Respect others and handle equipment with care
- No inappropriate behavior
- No wagering or gambling
- No food or drinks on the equipment
- Clean up a¬er yourself
- Share the equipment
- Be mindful of your game time limit
- Follow the posted hours of operation
- All play should end 20 minutes prior to closing time
- Be mindful of noise level
- Do not leave equipment or personal belongings unattended
Billiards Rules
- The Game Room Etiquette apply at all time
- No sitting or leaning on pool table
- No Trick Shots: Trick shots are not allowed as they may damage the felt.
- Use of Bridge Allowed: Players can visit the Game Room Desk and request a bridge when necessary for difficult shots.
- Do not leave the pool tables unattended
- When using a Waitlist: A max of 3 signs ups a day is allowed.

All Tournaments are FREE OF CHARGE & open to all UTRGV STUDENTS who are currently enrolled. Winners receive Vaquero Bucks! Sign up for all tournaments at the Game Room.
Faculty/Staff that participate in tournaments are not eligible to win Vaquero Bucks.
