Marketing Promotional Form


One of the primary goals of the Staff Senate Communication Committee is to connect UTRGV staff members with resources and campus events that will help staff stay informed and connected. If your department has an upcoming event or an announcement beneficial to the UTRGV Community you would like to promote and share, please tell us about it by filling out the Staff Senate Communications Marketing Form. 


Please submit your request at least a month prior but no later than two weeks from the event or announcement. This allows the communication committee staff ample time to review and offer possible recommendations. Send questions or concerns to staffsenate@utrgv.edu. Thank you.
