Student Rights and Responsibilities (SRR) provides support to students in resolving educational and other obstacles they may face during their journey to a successful academic career. SRR familiarizes students with the proper university resources, collaborates with faculty staff on behalf of the students, and helps with any appropriate conclusion.
We provide the following:
- Educational Resources and presentations to reduce risk to our students.
- Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Education.
- Active bystander training and education through our Superhero Project.
- Education and awareness of alcohol and other risks as a student.
- Interventions and referrals for students of concern through our specialized CARE and BIT teams.
- Presentations for students, faculty, and staff.
- Assistance with complaints.
- Enforcement of university policy such as sexual harassment, academic dishonesty, and other Student Code of Conduct Violations
