Janie Caballero is the program director for ScaleUp Rio Grande Valley and a certified Kauffman FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ facilitator. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Health Care Administration and Leadership and a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Finance from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). Concurrently, Caballero serves as a Senior Business & Innovation Advisor at the UTRGV Small Business Development Center and as a part-time lecturer at the UTRGV College of Business & Entrepreneurship. Before joining UTRGV, Caballero was a bank management trainee with Texas State Bank as well as an appraiser for the Hidalgo County Appraisal District.
Cristina Cantu is a program facilitator for ScaleUp Rio Grande Valley and a certified Kauffman FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ facilitator. Cantu holds a Master of Business Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Health Care Administration and Leadership from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from South Texas College. Concurrently, Cantu serves as a Senior Business & HR Advisor at the UTRGV Small Business Development Center. Before joining UTRGV, Cantu worked with the Texas Workforce Commission, the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission, and in the retail industry.
Esperanza P. Delgado is the program marketing coordinator for ScaleUp Rio Grande Valley. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in International Business Management from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). Concurrently, Delgado serves as the Marketing Coordinator for UTRGV Small Business Development Center.
Bianca A. Hammond is the program customer service & outreach coordinator for ScaleUp Rio Grande Valley. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). Concurrently, Hammond serves as an Assistant Training Coordinator with the UTRGV Small Business Development Center.
Eva Martinez is the program administrative associate for ScaleUp Rio Grande Valley. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). Concurrently, she serves as an Administrative Associate with the UTRGV Small Business Development Center.
