MPA Accelerated Online Program

If a career in the public sector interests you, an MPA degree online could be your next step to influence change in your community or to embark on a career path in government agencies at various levels. The UTRGV MPA accelerated online program enables graduates to pursue careers in public policy analysis, grant writing and administration, management of local government, non-profit, and/or political and public administration research. Coursework is robust and provides the latest theories, trends, and real-world practice-based scenarios, providing the skill sets needed for more rewarding opportunities.

Time to degree: 1-2 year (7-week modules)
Total credit hours: 36 hours

Course schedules take place in 7-week modules. To complete the program within 1 year, 2 courses must be taken every module. Check our course schedule and please seek advisement regularly from the MPA accelerated online program coordinator.
