The Department of Organization and School Leaderships mission is to continuously improve leadership development through teaching, research, and service that includes the cultural and linguistic history of the Texas Mexico border.

We strive to prepare educational leaders who will transform educational institutions into better places for all individuals, regardless of age or background.
