A face-to-face visit is typically the most helpful and the Ombuds offers a confidential, safe space to meet. The Ombuds will schedule a meeting with you at a time that works best with your schedule. If you are unable to meet in person, a phone conversation is a great alternative. Just remember, email is subject to open records requests. You may use email for the initial contact, but do not relay sensitive information.
The Ombuds is available to meet in either Edinburg or Brownsville. The Ombuds can meet with you in a location other than the Faculty Ombuds office if you prefer.
