Resident Mail and Packages
IMPORTANT: The USPS and shipping carriers do not make mail or package deliveries on Saturday and Sunday or when the University is closed. Mail and packages will be delivered to the office on the next business day.
Residence Halls Mailing Address
Residents will be assigned a specific box number and key at check-in. To make the delivery of mail more efficient the following format should be used for the residence halls. The hall name is not used in the mailing address. Residents have the opportunity to receive packages to their facility throughout the academic year. Residential halls do not receive packages during summer or holiday closing. Packages will be received by the front desk and will be available for pick up during package hours.

Apartments
Residents at our Village Apartments will receive a mailbox and key at check–in. To receive packages at the Village, residents must be present when packages are delivered to their apartment door. Housing and Residence Life does not accept packages in the halls for residents who live in the apartments.
For Casa Bella Residents, all mail will be received at the Casa Bella Club House. The resident will pick-up at the Casa Bella Clubhouse during office hours. Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Packages not picked up within five 5 business days will be returned to sender.

Post-Residency or Other Situations
I am no longer a resident. What happens to my mail?
Housing and Residence Life will not hold or forward mail. Mail/packages will be returned to the sender. Residents will need to notify family, friends, and businesses of their address change.
