Students that are accepted to the B2BMED Program will complete the B2BMED Phase II Application. Please fill in all the information requested and upload PDF files only.

II. UPLOAD PHASE II DOCUMENTS. Please upload one PDF file (single PDF with multiple pages) or a ZIP folder (multiple PDF files in a folder). (BMED Application, BMED Student Survey, Unofficial High School Transcript with GPA Rank Percentile, Unofficial STC or TSC Transcript with GPA Rank Percentile If submitted before first year Spring grades are in the STC or TSC grade system, please email an updated transcript to b2bmed at utrgv dot edu once the grades are available, ACT or SAT scores, optional, A scanned document demonstrating US citizenship or non-national citizenship or permanent resident status i.e. Passport, passport card, birth certificate)
