Welcome

Welcome to the website for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley

We serve over 800 undergraduate and graduate students through our bachelor's and master's degree programs, with course offerings, teaching facilities, and research labs at both the campuses (Edinburg and Brownsville).  Our alumni are successful in a wide variety of industry and government careers. Our undergraduate degrees (B.S. in Electrical Engineering and B.S. in Computer Engineering) are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET,  http://www.abet.org.
