Jury committee received 251 entries in total 13 categories. 96 entries, including 80 print-based entries and 16 screen-based entries, were selected for the exhibition. 9 award winning entries were announced by The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Dean of College of Fine Art Dr. Steven Block in the opening reception day on September 5, 2018 at Brownsville Museum of Fine Art. The work gallery of total 96 selected entries will be up on the Exhibition website on November 10, 2018.
All 96 selected artwork will also be featured in the exhibition book. Winner's trophy and award certificate will be mailed to each winner. All winners will receive the hard copy of Award Certificate. Faculty, who didn't win any awards, will get the hard copy of Certificate of Participation. Students, who didn't win any awards, will receive an e-Certificate of Participation.
Certificate of Appreciation will be granted to each Global Peer Review Committee member, and Global Exhibition Committee Member.
