Eric Sepulveda
Mr. Eric Sepulveda began his journey with The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) in 2017, gaining hands-on experience in technology support through roles with IT MASH, the Call Center, and Helpdesk. His work involved new computer deployments, networking, and collaborative problem-solving. He also expanded his higher education experience by working with South Texas College (STC) in the Learning Commons & Open Labs, where he developed proficiency in college-based software and supported students in achieving their academic goals.
In 2024, Mr. Sepulveda joined the Office of the Provost at UTRGV, where he currently serves as a Systems Analyst II. In this role, he provides direct technology support to the department and its affiliated offices, assisting with computer installations, website management, ticketing system oversight, and a variety of technology-driven projects.
Mr. Sepulveda is a proud alumnus of the UTRGV College of Health Professions, where he earned his BS in Kinesiology in 2020. He also holds accredited certifications in Cisco IT Specialist Support, Networking, and Network Security, and is currently continuing his education in Applied Technology in Computer and Information Technologies at STC.
