Basic Registration Fees
Registration fees for SWTCC 2018 are as follows:
Senior researchers—such as faculty, staff scientists, and postdoctoral fellows—and those with industry positions or government appointments may register for $64 until the early-bird deadline of Monday, October 15th at 11:59 PM CDT. Afterward, and for on-site registration, the fee will be $80.
Junior researchers—such as graduate, medical, or undergraduate students—may register for $32 until the early-bird deadline. Afterward, and for on-site registration, the fee will be $40.
Virtual SWTCC participants, who will be provided a streaming link for the conference and will be able to submit questions to the speakers through Twitter, may register for $10 at any time up to the start of the conference.
SWTCC Banquet
Included in the registration fee for senior researchers is the option to attend the SWTCC banquet and steering meeting to be held at Salt New American Table on the evening of Saturday, October 20th. Junior researchers may attend for an additional $25; all registrants may choose to bring one or more guests for an additional $58 per guest.
Completing Registration
To complete your registration requires two steps: First, you will fill out and submit the form below. Then, on the confirmation page, you will be redirected to create an account with UTRGV's ePay service and remit payment through the SWTCC event page. You may pay either by credit card or by e-check, and additional attendees may be registered simply by clicking "Add Registrant Info" after you have added the corresponding line-item to your cart. When you have paid, you will receive a receipt by e-mail; you may also save it in PDF form from your ePay account at your convenience.
Please note! If you choose to use a ZIP+4 postal code when checking out, enter only the numbers, without a dash; otherwise your payment will be rejected and you will have to try again.
