Data Collection Measures

  • Height (ht.) and weight (wt.)
  • Fitness Test, P.A.C.E.R.
  • Student health knowledge -Bienestar questionary-.
  • Dietary intake of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and sweetened beverages, measured by 3-days direct observation of school meals, breakfast, and lunch, served, and consumed with before and after photographs.
