It should be noted before completing this application for an IAC assessment, the following qualifications should be met:
Must be a US Manufacturer, Cold Storage, or Water Treatment Facility
Must have yearly energy bills between $100,000 and $3.5 million annually
SIC code for manufacturing 20-39 / NAICS 31 - 33, 11/115
In addition, clients must also meet four of the following conditions:
- Annual sales under $250 million
- Fewer than 500 employees
- Annual utility bills over $100k
- No in-house energy professional on staff
