Ongoing Professional Development
- Yearly professional development offered through the model of Student Success Academies. This PD will focus on ensuring advisers are up to date with program information and curriculum changes, labor market and job trends data for the colleges/schools they work with, as well as any other program-specific advice faculty want advisors to share with students.
- Additional opportunities for staff to develop in the advising profession and student success will be made available.
- All training will be informed by assessment of advising interventions and feedback from students and other stakeholders.
