Faculty Success Program

What is the Faculty Success Program?

Program Dates: January 26, 2026- April 5, 2026

The Faculty Success Program is a comprehensive 10-week virtual program hosted by NCFDD designed to empower faculty members with the skills and strategies needed to enhance their productivity, balance their workload, and achieve academic excellence. Participants benefit from expert-led training, peer support, and personalized academic coaching, gaining valuable insights for their academic journey. Seats are limited, and the Office of Faculty Affairs is fully sponsoring selected participants, so there is no cost to you. This is an exclusive opportunity to invest in your success without financial barriers.
