Advisory #2: Remnants of Tropical Storm Harvey

Good afternoon,
Harvey is now a tropical depression in the Gulf of Mexico and is expected to continue a northwest or north-northwest track in the Gulf of Mexico later today through Friday. The current forecast places the center of circulation east of South Padre Island early Friday, before making landfall along the middle Texas coast.
Please see the attached report from the National Weather Service Office in Brownsville for additional details and expected impacts to coastal and inland areas.
