Exhibit Work

Vanta Air is a conceptual airline branding project that explores the intersection of modern design, precision, and the evolving expectations of the professional traveler. This brand reflects my passion for creating visual identities that communicate strength, sophistication, and forward thinking values. The name “Vanta”, inspired by Vanta Black, the darkest version of black, was chosen for its symbolism of power, elegance, and timelessness. Black, paired with red as an accent color, conveys confidence, professionalism, and a sense of bold passion, aligning with the vision for an airline that caters to business professionals and discerning travelers seeking a refined, elevated experience. As a designer, I am inspired by the balance between modern minimalism and classical tradition.
Through Vanta Air, I aimed to bridge these worlds, offering a brand identity that feels both cutting edge and grounded in familiarity. Every design element, from the symbol mark inspired by an aircraft’s winglets to the sleek color palette, is intended to evoke a sense of precision, unity, and modern sophistication. My goal with this project was to imagine an airline that appeals to mid- to high-tier travelers who value not only efficiency but also the visual and experiential aspects of flying. A strong brand identity communicates trust and quality long before a passenger steps on board, and I wanted to capture that through thoughtful, refined design. Ultimately, Vanta Air reflects my broader passion as a designer: to create impactful, lasting identities that elevate everyday experiences and inspire confidence in modern living. I aspire to one day develop brand identities for companies on the scale of major airlines like Southwest — brands that people recognize and trust around the world.
