CTRL+S

Ctrl+S. It's one of the most common keyboard shortcuts for saving, second only to Ctrl+Z, the undo feature. While Ctrl+Z represents our desire to erase mistakes, Ctrl+S is the moment every designer stops and says, “This looks good. I think I’m done here.” It’s the point where our work feels important enough to save, ensuring it never disappears. Ctrl+S is also a moment of reflection. It’s where we pause to admire what we’ve created. This idea extends beyond design; we all have Ctrl+S moments in life, like sitting back in your house that you just cleaned or looking around at family and friends, embracing the present. To us designers, Ctrl+S represents the seeds we’ve sown, culminating in a final product. For this exhibit we’re not just showcasing our best work. We’re sharing every moment we pressed Ctrl+S, celebrating both our successes and the Ctrl+Zs that led us to that
final ctrl+S.
