Poptopia is a brand that is dedicated to bringing excitement and happiness to everyone. We are devoted to designing and creating different kinds of figures and collections within the company. The feeling of mystery and wonder fills you with anticipation as you await opening our mystery boxes, therefore I have created original collectable figurines in a cute and fun package.
There are a total of five characters in the first collection series, Punk Pop. Out of the five characters the last one is the special-edition figure in the collection set that is less common to find compared to the others. I created an advertisement for our first available collection, which shows the characters that can be found inside one of the blind boxes. Each character is uniquely designed and created by me. Each collection is designed differently according to their set and gives the feelings of anticipation as you await unboxing your figure.
The packaging of the product is adorable and nostalgic and made to elevate the feeling of surprise before opening. Our aim is to be able to continue to grow in a variety of collections and to give joy to all customers. We want our products to give everyone an unforgettable experience and connection as they unbox each figurine. Each character is more than just a collectable, they can provide a form of comfort as well as unleashing your inner child. These figures are available to those of all ages! For my senior exhibit, I was able to create Poptopia, which I was able to display my interests for collecting, passion for illustration and the creation of brand identities. I aimed to evoke a fun and exciting atmosphere through the details in my design and packaging as well as create something that resonates with others. This showcase was an opportunity for me to be able to demonstrate my hard work and efforts as well as create a feeling of excitement, joy, and nostalgia. It’s a reminder to enjoy the small things in life and that there are no limitations to your imagination. I hope that this project can spark inspiration, creativity and a connection with others. To conclude, this project has driven me to continue to learn, grow and use my abilities to leave a positive impact wherever I go.
